Vinification: Harvest of the grapes by hand and hand selection of grapes, gentle pressing, natural fermentation at controlled temperature, soft pressure (0.8 bar) at controlled temperature, aging in steel and glass
Alcohol content: 17,5 % vol.
Serving suggestions: Almond cakes, cannoli, Sicilian cassata, tea biscuits, tiramisu
Serve: The optimum temperature for this wine is 12-14°C, the most appropriate glass is the dessert glass

Prim’amore

Prim’Amore is made from grapes Moscato di Noto, directly naturally withered on the vine making a really late harvest. This allows us to gain unique scents and flavors. Our Passito di Noto, absolutely local species of vine, reminds the intensity and freshness of emotions that can be compared to the first love. Its colour is straw-yellow with golden coloured reflections. It is clear, brilliant and shining. The scent  emitted from the glass is neat and homogeneous-clear borders and it gives as a present a bouquet evoking white pulp fruit such as, peach, apricot , plum, pear and apple, refreshed by floral scents and orange blossoms. In the mouth it is involving friendly and elegant- confirming refined seducing qualities and giving as a present sweet and balanced sensations underlined by a soft and warm taste: a rare wine.
