Alcohol content: 14 % vol.
Serving suggestions: First dishes, white meat dishes and fresh cheese
Serve: The optimum temperature for this wine is 16-18°C, the most appropriate glass is the ballon

Pachìus oìnos

Pachiùs oìnos, from the ancient greek “Strong wine, intense wine, great wine”, was the name which identied the promontory of Pachino, native land of the Nero d’Avola and where Baglio dei Fenicotteri grows and produces grapes and wines since generations. Nero d’Avola unblended, it presents an intense red ruby color and enveloping primary avours of red fruits, cherries, liquorice and spices. To the palate is structured and balanced with a natural freshness.
