Vinification: Harvest of the grapes by hand and hand selection of grapes, gentle pressing, natural fermentation at controlled temperature, soft pressure (0.8 bar) at controlled temperature, aging in steel and glass
Alcohol content: 14 % vol.
Serving suggestions: First dishes, meat dishes, grilled fish and fresh cheese
Serve: The optimum temperature for this wine is 16-18°C, the most appropriate glass is the ballon

Nero Natio

The name Nero Natio, accompanied by geographic coordinates, points out the nativity of the Nero d’Avola, born in the hills between Noto and Pachino. Today the Nero di Pachino is more commonly known as Nero d’Avola. It is made in purity and presents an intense red-ruby colour,  it is involving and brilliant. Excellent are its primary flavours tasting of red fruits, egriot, blackberry, morello, cherry, ribes,  and spices. To the palate is structured with a pleasant balance between the sapid, the tannic and a natural freshness.
